Songdog Rallies

As the folk's arrived in various modes of transportation. The most notable favorite amongst the attendees was the motorcycle. We generally see this as sign of good strong character! Most everybody swings into the main camp to catch up or meet new songdogers before they head of to make camp. There is a wide variety of camping styles and room for them all. Some folk's make camp right together and have their own little gathering. Others opt to enjoy the deserts night sky from a campsite that is off and away for the main camp. We were in Luck this time, our Neighbor went out and did some aerobatics for us before dinner.
The food at the fall rallies has a rather special treat. Slo-BBQ'd whole turkey! We had our usual beef tri-tip, chicken, and ribs. Black-eyed beans salad and garlic bread. As folks were finishing up dinner the band got fired up along with the campfire. Blue Willow played wonderful bluegrass for the night.

Riding the riverbed as you approach the ride up to Songdog Ranch.  Climbing the hill to the campgrounds.        Camping together.  Site ride.  Camping solo  Roger's launch and gliding.  Let the feast begin.  The cooks keep cooking.  Berry gets seconds!  Campfire music.
